Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers must contact us before sending any item back.

Items that cannot be returned:
- Used or opened beauty products
- Personal care items for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by misuse
- Items returned without contacting us first
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or payment account.
